1. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed once agreed upon via email or message.
Payment is due as agreed prior to or on the day of the shoot.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, the shoot can be rescheduled.

3. Artistic Style

By booking, you acknowledge familiarity with the visual style of K9 Shutter Co.
Editing style and artistic decisions remain at the photographer’s discretion.

4. Image Delivery

Final images are delivered digitally.
Raw/unedited files are not provided.

5. Usage Rights

Clients receive personal usage rights for delivered images.
K9 Shutter Co. retains the right to use images for portfolio, website and social media unless otherwise agreed.

6. Liability

K9 Shutter Co. is not responsible for injury, loss or damage during the shoot.
Owners remain responsible for their dog at all times.

7. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond control, the photographer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel without liability.
