Model Calls

Join the K9 Shutter Projects

From time to time, I create special photography projects and ideas that require specific dogs.
These “model calls” are a chance for your dog to be part of something unique, cinematic, and editorial — while keeping the session relaxed and dog-first.

How It Works

  1. Project Announcement
I’ll post the project details here and on social media, including:

  • The concept or story

  • Location

  • Dog type, size, age or personality required

    2. Application
Interested dogs’ owners fill in a short form with:

  • Dog’s age, breed and size

  • Temperament and training level

  • A few reference images of the dog

  • Availability

    3. Selection
I carefully select dogs that fit the concept and energy of the project.
Selected participants will be contacted directly with more details.

    4. The Shoot
Model call shoots are calm, guided, and always dog-first.
Dogs don’t need to perform — their personality and presence are what matters.

Why Participate?

  • Be part of exclusive K9 Shutter projects

  • Receive professional, editorial images of your dog

  • Your dog could appear in portfolio, social media, or publications

  • Sessions are free or discounted depending on the project

Application Form

If you’d like to apply for a model call, please fill in the contact form at the project you want to work with:

  • Dog’s name, breed and age

  • Short description of personality and training level

  • 2–3 reference images of your dog

Notes

  • Not all dogs will be selected — matching energy, look, and concept is key.

  • Participation is always voluntary, relaxed, and dog-first.

  • All selected dogs and owners will receive clear guidance and instructions before the shoot.
